Message to President of State Affairs Kim Jong Un from Russian party leader The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, received a message from G. A. Zhuganov, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of theRussian Federation, on the 8th.
The message expressed deep sympathy to Kim Jong Un and the entire Korean people on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the demise of Kim Il Sung, eternal President of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
It said Kim Il Sung, the great leader and teacher of the nation, proclaimed the founding of an independent, free and righteous state in Korea and this event marked a turning point in the 20th century and the history of mankind.
It went on to say.
The DPRK became a symbol of tenacity and heroism in the 21st century of upheavals.
President Kim Il Sung, who devoted his all to the working people, not only saved the Korean people from the oppression of outside forces, backwardness and poverty but also turned the DPRK into a highly developed power.
Today the DPRK holds a full-fledged position on the international arena, the message said and wished Kim Jong Un, the WPK and the entire Korean people great victory in the socialist construction and the cause for continued improvement of the well-being of the working people.
