Worker Ri Kyong Il of the Pyongyang Hosiery Factory is an inventor and proficient technical innovator valued by the factory.
It is not long after he was employed in the factory. This year alone, however, he introduced several technical innovation proposals into production, contributing to developing new goods and improving their quality.
The factory is associated with the noble love of the great leader Kim Jong Il and the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un for the people.
When he started his career in the factory, Ri Kyong Il was proud of working at the honourable work place. But he gradually suffered an agony from when he doesn't remember.
Ri Kyong Il says:
"At that time I began to think that I had to learn.
As the days went by, I hardened my resolve to learn new technology in order to make a lot of goods favoured by the people at the work place associated with the love of the great leader Kim Jong Il and the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un for the people."
Afterwards, Ri Kyong Il enrolled himself in the study-while-you-work system and studied hard.
He developed a number of new techniques to the surprise of people during his college days and never stopped his creative efforts after graduation.
One day he decided to make a pattern jack automatic monitor by himself and buckled down to the research into it. But he was faced with many technical problems from the beginning. Though he was busy with production, he acquired new technical data and developed his conception at the sci-tech learning space.
Finally, he succeeded in making the pattern jack automatic monitor and introduced it into production site, contributing to improving the quality of hosiery.
Keenly feeling the might of knowledge, science and technology, he presented technical innovation proposals conducive to the development of new products one after another together with technicians and skilled workers. In those days, he was awarded many sci-tech certificates including invention certificates.
Whenever apprentices are assigned to the factory, he tells them that anyone can become an inventor if they work hard with a will that they can do anything.
