The Democratic People's Republic of Korea is achieving the overall development of socialism with the three revolutions, ideological, technological and cultural, as the motive force.

The ideological revolution is a work for arming the people with the independent ideological consciousness to build the driving force of the socialist and communist society and the technological revolution is a struggle to change the old into the new in the field of technology. The cultural revolution is a work for freeing the people from the fetters of outdated culture and creating socialist culture serving the masses of the people and thus enabling all the people to enjoy the socialist cultural life to the full.

The great changes in the DPRK were all brought about by the three revolutions and all the miracles are the victory of the three-revolution line.

Such mass movements as the general ideological mobilization movement for nation building, the emulation drive for increased production and the campaign against illiteracy powerfully conducted in the days of building a new country were the ideological, technological and cultural revolutions that made it possible to accomplish the great historic cause of building the Party, the state and the army from scratch.

The Chollima Movement that propelled the realization of the socialist industrialization in 14 years' time and the building of a socialist state independent in politics, self-supporting in the economy and self-reliant in national defence on this land was also the victory achieved by the ideological, technological and cultural revolutions. 

After all, the whole history of our nation building is the history of the three revolutions. 

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said we should greet the complete victory of socialism and the communist society on the road for realizing the three-revolution line, adding that the three-revolution line is the eternal program for building socialism and communism and the general line of the Workers' Party of Korea. He ensured that the Three-Revolution Red Flag Movement was more powerfully conducted in order to transform the whole society in line with the demands of the three revolutions.

He organized the Conference of Forerunners in Three Revolutions and made public his famous works to encourage the Three-Revolution Red Flag Movement.

In order to further expand and strengthen the Three-Revolution Red Flag Movement, he saw that it was conducted by all the people throughout the society by expanding the movement conducted with only institutions, industrial establishments, farms, workshops and workteams as unit into the one of wider scale embracing cities, counties and complexes.

Under his wise leadership, the Three-Revolution Red Flag Movement is more actively conducted throughout the society in the DPRK, enabling all sectors of the state and social life and all regions of the country to achieve simultaneous and balanced development.
