Model performances of maritime physical culture were given on the River Taedong before the Tower of the Juche Idea on the 9th on the occasion of the 76th founding anniversary of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
They were watched by Pak Jong Gun, Vice-Premier of the Cabinet and Chairman of the State Planning Commission, Kim Su Gil, Chief Secretary of the Pyongyang Municipal Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, labour innovators, meritorious persons, officials of the ministries, national agencies and Pyongyang municipality- and district-level organs, working people and citizens.
They were also enjoyed by veteran cadres who had long worked at major posts of the Party, the government and the military.
They were applauded by the spectators.
