Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un , President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), received a message of congratulations from Tharman Shanmugaratnam, President of the Republic of Singapore, on September 9.
The message reads as follows:
Your Excellency,
On behalf of the people of Singapore, I take great pleasure in conveying to Your Excellency and your people, our warmest congratulations on this auspicious occasion of the Anniversary of the Founding of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, and heartfelt wishes for the continued peace, progress and prosperity of your country.
