Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un , President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), received a message of congratulations from Aleksandr Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus, on September 9.
The message reads as follows:
Your Excellency,
I extend my sincere congratulations to you on the occasion of the founding anniversary of the DPRK, the national holiday.
The Korean people have so far proved their steadfast collective will and aspiration for independence on several occasions.
The whole world witnesses the DPRK advancing proudly along the road of independent development.
Belarus is pleased with the development of dialogue at all levels with the DPRK.
I express my belief that Minsk and Pyongyang will make rapid progress in the work for promoting practical mutual cooperation across various sectors including agriculture, public health, and pharmaceutical and educational sectors.
Your Excellency,
On this auspicious day, I wish you good health and success in state activities, and the people of the DPRK progress, stability and wellbeing.
