Task He Assigned Delightedly

Several years ago the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un inspected the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Silk Mill.

Making the rounds of the factory, he inspected the visual aid board "Sci-tech Talents, Pride of Factory" and the accessories the factory made on its own.

After acquainting himself with the fact that the employees of the factory completed the course of the then tele-education college and took an active part in technical innovation he said that the factory already benefitted from the advantage of the tele-education college. And he added with satisfaction that as its own sci-tech forces grow, the factory could modernize the production process in conformity with its own reality by its own efforts and that it is a good witness of validity of the Party’s line of making all the people well-versed in science and technology.

Looking up to the benevolent image of the respected General Secretary who put forward the unique idea of making all the people well-versed in science and technology and leads its realization in the van, officials were wrapped with deep emotion.

After a while the respected General Secretary said that the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Silk Mill should always pay deep attention to the work of equipping the employees with modern science and technology and thus increase the rank of sci-tech talents continuously.

Receiving the instructions of the respected General Secretary, the officials made a firm pledge to carry out his noble instructions without fail.

Issue He Stressed Repeatedly

One July day in 2018 the respected General Secretary inspected a general foodstuff factory.

When calling in on a sci-tech dissemination room, he said that the purpose of arranging the sci-tech dissemination space at factories and enterprises lies in raising the level of knowledge and technical skill of officials and employees as soon as possible by making them study science and technology in their major fields.

Listening to his instruction, officials fell in deep thought.

When the operation of sci-tech dissemination room is not conducted in a right way, it is totally useless to arrange the sci-tech dissemination room in a fine way.

In order for the sci-tech dissemination room to contribute to raising the knowledge level of scientists, technicians and producer masses in reality the officials should reflect the study tasks in operation plan of dissemination room and set high demands to the employees to carry them out without fail, the respected General Secretary said, adding that the factory should set as the task the study of general state of foodstuff industry, experience of advanced units and the development trend of foodstuff industry and review the task implementation and acquirement of knowledge.

Indeed, his saying was a precious instruction which made them realize that when the producer masses are prepared firmly as ones well versed in modern science and technology through substantial operation of the sci-tech dissemination room, production and business management can be put on a higher scientific basis.
