One day early this year there took place a consultation for technically remodeling the core press on the production site as it was difficult to manufacture high-quality machine product with existing facilities.
The people’s attitudes towards the discussion were different from each other.
Some people expressed their approval on technically remodeling the equipment on their own but some people said nay.
Looking at the employees arguing pro and con that day, a senior official of the factory decided to conduct the technical remodeling of equipment as well as the work of rooting out the outmoded viewpoint of some people who dared not to believe in themselves.
Officials of the factory implanted into masses the importance of technical remodeling of the equipment and conducted the education in self-reliance in various forms and methods.
Meanwhile, they studied hard the modern scientific and technical data to update the relevant equipment with modern technology. And they waged a strong ideological campaign against the evil practices which hampered the technical innovation.
As a result they came to remodel the several core presses under the active assistance of the relevant unit.
At present those equipment draw the attention of the people as they are incomparably superior than others in terms of ensuring quality of product.
This fact made employees of the factory keep deeper in their minds the conviction that nothing is impossible when one believes in his own strength.
Now, the officials and working class of the factory devote their loyal efforts and enthusiasm to glorifying this year brilliantly upholding the banner of self-reliance.
