That's why the WPK prioritizes and absolutizes the people's demands and interests, maps out lines and policies for the people and translates them into a brilliant reality.

10,000 flats have been built in the capital city of Pyongyang every year despite many difficulties and trials after the Eighth Party Congress.

New dwelling houses continue to be built in rural communities, too.

The first entities of regional rejuvenation were inaugurated in 20 cities and counties from the end of 2024 thanks to the "Regional Development 20×10 Policy".

The state produces and provides different kinds of school things, uniforms and bags to the rising generations and supplies them with dairy products and other nourishing foods on a regular basis.

The WPK regards it as the most important of state affairs to relieve the people of their sufferings and misfortunes and works for its implementation.

"Natural disasters can be seen in any country and region.

The problem is the stand of the ruling party of each country toward the damage rehabilitation and its activities for the purpose.

When some regions in North Phyongan, Jagang and Ryanggang provinces of this country suffered from flood damages last year and after that, what did the world people see with their own eyes?

They should have witnessed the Democratic People's Republic of Korea where there may be natural disaster but there cannot be distressed people because the world of noble love and devotion of the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un taking care of the people across the country with responsibility for their destiny has become the climate of the whole Party."

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the WPK, came to the dangerous flooded area without hesitation for the sake of his beloved people, commanded the campaign for rescuing the flood sufferers in person and led the work for repairing flood damage to be conducted as the work of the whole Party.

He set forth historic tasks for regional and rural rejuvenation, the first of its kind since the Party founding and nation building, in order to provide the entire people with greater happiness at an early date and makes an uninterrupted journey of devoted service for the people's well-being to carry them out.

At the 30th Enlarged Meeting of the Secretariat of the Eighth Party Central Committee held in late January, Kim Jong Un said this year should be set as a year for establishing a revolutionary Party climate and strengthening the whole Party, in order to dynamically open up a new stage of building a ruling party that is strong in discipline and full of a revolutionary climate.

It is the eternal revolutionary climate of the WPK to make selfless, devoted efforts for the good of the people.

Thanks to this sacred Party climate, the dignity and national power of the DPRK will be further enhanced and the people's happiness will grow day by day.
