One day in March 2015, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited a fish meal fodder factory newly built by the People's Army.
After looking round various places of the factory, he stopped in front of a building and asked if it is a refrigerating chamber and suggested an official to look at it.
The embarrassed official expressed his wish not to look round the fishy refrigerating chamber.
But the respected General Secretary repeatedly asked him to see how many fish there were in the refrigerating chamber of the fish meal fodder factory.
The official could not but open the door of the refrigerating chamber and told the respected General Secretary that there was nothing to show in it.
Then the respected General Secretary went into the refrigerating chamber, saying with a smile that those who did not like the fragrance of the sea should not be followed.
The chamber was scented with fishiness, but the General Secretary, as if it were satisfactory, said that he was pleased to smell fishiness at the fish meal fodder factory and that he would like to smell fishiness all day long if he can provide the service personnel and people with enough fish.
Looking up to the respected General Secretary, who is making ceaseless devotion and efforts for the people, officials pledged to uphold his noble intention in the vanguard. -0-
