Thongloun Sisoulith, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party and president of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, visited the Central Cadres Training School of the Workers’ Party of Korea and other places on October 8.
Visiting the Central Cadres Training School of the WPK, the highest institute for training Party cadres in a new era, the Lao president carefully listened to the explanation of the important mission and role of the political institution which reliably supports the organizational and ideological strengthening of the Party and its leadership activities in an educational, practical and academic way.
He visited the Military Hardware Exhibition Defence Development-2025 which opened on the occasion of the 80 th founding anniversary of the WPK.
He looked round with deep interest the achievements and the latest defence assets including ultra-modern weapon systems the DPRK has achieved in the field of national defence according to the original self-defence line of the WPK and under the outstanding guidance of the WPK.
And he toured the art piece exhibition hall of the Mansudae Art Studio.
