Grand Mass Gymnastics and Artistic Performance for Celebrating WPK Founding Anniversary Given in DPRK

Pyongyang, October 15 (KCNA) -- The Grand Mass Gymnastics and Artistic Performance "Long Live the Workers' Party of Korea" for celebrating the 80th founding anniversary of the WPK was given on Tuesday, adding to the pride of the people who splendidly celebrated the founding anniversary of the great WPK as a grand political festival.
The May Day Stadium, the venue of the performance, was crowded with the masses who gathered to enjoy the masterpiece peculiar to our state which successfully represented the sacred 80 years of our Party in grand epic canvases.
The performance began with the prelude "Long Live the Workers' Party of Korea". The emblem of the 80th founding anniversary of the Party was displayed in the background and the torch flared up, solemnly recalling the sacred journey of the WPK which created the longest history as the socialist ruling party.
Songs resounded in praise of the times dedicated to the guiding Party which has recorded the victorious history of defending the country and the people and building a powerful state in the annals of the prolonged revolution, steadfastly carrying forward the noble original ideal and spirit of the Party, and pictures showing the proud entities of the comprehensive national rejuvenation emerged under the leadership of the Party were seen one after another.
The performance reached its climax with numbers of redoubling the unshakable will of all the people who will advance with courage and confidence along the road of socialism, rallied close with one mind around the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who is ushering in a new era of a prosperous power with his great ideas and leadership.
The grand mass gymnastics and artistic performance, which proved in grand epic canvases the immutable truth that only the immortal victory and glory will always shine before Juche Korea dynamically advancing under the guidance of the great Party Central Committee ended with the finale "Our National Flag". -0-
