The number of animals is growing at the Central Zoo in the DPRK.A thousand and hundreds of animals of over １００ species have bred this year, adding pleasure to visitors.A Selenarctos thibetanus, an animal presented to Chairman Kim Jong Il by a foreign businessman, brought forth a cub on January １, ２０２５.Dogs, gift animals, sent by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un produced their puppies.German pointer (dog) produced a puppy in February and Shih tzu, a pet dog, dropped two babies (a pair).
