Pyongyang, November 16 (KCNA) -- All the DPRK people are significantly greeting Mother's Day, showing their respect and love for the mothers who are guaranteeing the rosy future as a firm pillar of the large socialist family.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un has taken measures to map out the policies of the Workers' Party of Korea and the state for the prosperity of the country and wellbeing of the people and energetically led the struggle for their implementation to present the mothers with more pleasure and the families across the country with bright laughter in the new era of Juche revolution.

When the Third Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Party Central Committee discussed as an important agenda item the betterment of the Party's policy on childcare, all the mothers on this land were deeply moved by it.

At the Fourth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Party Central Committee, Kim Jong Un set it as the consistent policy and eternal national policy of the Party and the state to supply school uniforms and things to the students across the country at state expense and took important measures to produce and supply new types of quality school uniforms and bags to all the students.

The fine schoolchildren's palaces, schoolchildren's halls and children's camps built in different parts of the country are associated with the loving care shown by the Party taking warm care of the rising generations just like their mothers who find the worth of life and pleasure in the well-growth of their children.

The mothers' desire to provide their children and family members with good meals is being translated into reality along with the proud creations for the comprehensive national rejuvenation, including the Kangdong Greenhouse Complex and the Ragwon County Offshore Farm.

The mothers with good children who have grown up, enjoying the benefits from the state, contributed to the prosperity of the country and demonstrated its honor are the source of pride of their families and the country along with the honors given by the Party.

The Party holds up the feats performed by the mothers with their sincerity to fulfill their duty assumed before the times and the history as an example of genuine human love and maternal affection. Last year alone, it awarded 21 women the Communist Mother Honor Prize.

The mothers who are invariably following the road of patriotism and loyalty, upholding the leadership of the great Party Central Committee with a single mind and purpose, whatever their positions are or wherever they live, are the pride of the families and the country. -0-
