On November 16, 2016, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the May 27 Fishery Station.
That day, the respected General Secretary went round the room for the education in the revolutionary history and the cultural hall and got on board a fishing boat of the fishery station that had just reached the wharf at the outdoor landing place.
Watching the work of taking out hard-finned sandfish from the hold and the sight of fish pouring on the landing place like waterfall, he appreciated that the fishery station caught plentiful fishes so far. He said that he was so pleased to receive the report on it this morning and came to the fishery station immediately with a thought of informing the people, who sent their sons and daughters to stand at the post for national defence, of this news.
Only then, officials came to know the reason why he visited the fishery station that day.
Time passed and lunchtime was near, but the respected General Secretary left for the January 8 Fishery Station without a moment's rest.
At the fishery station, he dropped in at the freezing chambers and saw with pleasure the fishes in the chambers and said that he was very pleased and that his fatigue was completely relieved, adding he feels pride of organizing this fishery station.
He earnestly called for catching more fishes and sending them to the baby homes, orphanages, primary and middle schools for orphanages and old people's homes across the country with the feelings of being the parents of the orphanages and the children of the old people.
Like this, the respected General Secretary spent Mother's Day at fishery stations on the East Sea coast as the father of all the children and people of the country, bearing in mind the desire of all the mothers. -0-
