Young people in South Phyongan Province volunteered one after another to work at coal mines in the province with the will to display their wisdom and valour in the struggle to uphold the intention of the Workers’ Party of Korea.
Those of Pukchang County submitted to their youth league organizations their resolve to realize their ideals and ambitions in the youth shock brigades of the Pukchang Area Youth Coal-mining Complex and the Tukjang Area Coal-mining Complex.
Those of Mundok County who volunteered for coal mines in the Anju area are filled with the determination to make breakthroughs for advance in the van of arduous and difficult work like young coal miners of preceding generations.
A meeting to congratulate the volunteers was held on November 30.
It was attended by officials concerned, youth league officials and young people in the city of Phyongsong.
Certificates of volunteering were awarded to the volunteers and congratulatory remarks and speeches were made at the meeting.
Officials and youths gave the volunteers a warm send-off.
