The Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Silk Mill has a quilt production workteam which is well-known to the people.
Quilts produced at the mill are various in kind and all different in pattern.
In June 2016, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the mill and gave precious instructions on building a modern production process which produces various kinds of good-quality quilts.
And one day in January the next year, he called at the mill to see the new quilt production process.
That day, he was satisfied to learn that the mill is producing various kinds of bedclothes with modern quilt production equipment. He said colours and patterns of the quilts are elegant and beautiful suiting the emotion and aesthetic sense of the people and they are also light yet soft. And he appreciated that they will catch the eyes of the people and be great in demand at commercial network.
Dropping in at the storeroom of products, he said with great pleasure that it is full of quilts, and continued: A few days ago, I saw a lot of bags at the newly-built Pyongyang Bag Factory and today I have seen a lot of quilts here at the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Silk Mill. I am really pleased. The young people will be very glad to take such nice quilts when they get married.
He earnestly said that the mill should produce lots of good-quality quilts.
