DPRK Foreign Minister sends message of sympathy to Russian Foreign Minister

Choe Son Hui, Foreign Minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of sympathy to Sergei Viktorovich Lavrov, Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, on the 8th as regards the demise of Alexandr Ivanovich Matsegora, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the DPRK.
Saying that Comrade Matsegora was a veteran diplomat of versatile talents who rendered a distinguished services in the journey for further consolidating the broad avenue of bilateral friendly and cooperative relations for eternal future true to the noble intentions of the top leaders of the DPRK and Russia and close friend of the Korean people, the message noted that the demise of Comrade Matsegora is a great loss for the peoples of the two countries.
Although we lost the dear comrade, the esteemed name of ambassador Matsegora, who was an eyewitness and contributor of the history of relations of friendship between the DPRK and Russia, will be remembered forever as a precious model of diplomats of new generations along with the history of friendship between the two countries, the message said and sincerely wished the bereaved families which lost their close kinsmen and friends would recover their composure of mind at an early date.
