The royal jelly goods produced by the Chilgol Songdo Factory are gaining popularity among the customers.
Lately the research team of the factory has developed over 10 kinds of natural health food including collagen honey, pollen jam and haw capsules mixed with royal jelly and propolis capsules after years of research and experiment.
Yu Kyong Sil, PhD and chief developer, said that the royal jelly-collagen honey prepared from a rational combination of royal jelly, collagen, animal calcium and honey is highly recommended as a natural functional health food that helps retard aging, improve nutrition, inhibit cancer cell proliferation and make bones and muscles strong.
The royal jelly products are in great demand for their distinct bioactive effects such as antioxidation, radiation protection and immunopotentiation as they have over 200 kinds of ingredients including nucleic acid, protein, free amino acid, peptide, microelements and vitamins in an optimal proportion.
A woman living in Central District, Pyongyang, bought royal jelly-collagen honey from the factory at the light-industry goods exhibition held in October this year. She said that since she took the health food, she felt her nutritional state remarkably improving without using other vitamins and tonics.
And the royal jelly-haw capsules and the propolis capsules, both of which are good for the prevention and treatment of diseases and recuperation, raise the therapeutic effect on various diseases.
The royal jelly-based products of the factory were awarded gold medals and technical prizes in the exhibitions at home and abroad including national inventions exhibition and Pyongyang International Sci-tech Exhibition of Health and Medical Appliances.
