Pyongyang, January 10 (KCNA) — The respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un met the schoolchildren participating in the New Year performance on the first morning of 2026 and warmly blessed them.
Looking up to the benevolent Marshal who is blessing the future of the schoolchildren growing up while learning working knowledge to make the country stronger, the people across the country are looking back with emotion on the New Year’s Day two years ago.
On January 1, 2024, Kim Jong Un came to Mangyongdae Schoolchildren’s Palace to celebrate the New Year’s Day with schoolchildren.
He warmly waved to the schoolchildren giving artistry presentation and watched their lovely appearances for a long time at the dance hall.
He listened to the story about the pride of exemplary Children’s Union members about knowledge, virtue and strong physique and clapped for the performers while enjoying the New Year performance.
Upon hearing the moving news that the participants in the New Year performance had a photo session with the fatherly Marshal, people said with excitement that they are blessed on the New Year’s Day thanks to the loving care of the benevolent father who always prioritizes the policy for the children out of his noble idea that our children are given priority over the people who are regarded by the Party as Heaven.
On this New Year’s Day, too, the respected fatherly Marshal had a photo taken with them, hoping the participants in the New Year performance would sing of their ideal and ardent enthusiasm to their heart’s content.
The laughter and songs of the children, who were blessed on the New Year’s Day under the care of their tender-hearted father, will resound far and wide forever.
