Pyongyang, February 14 (KCNA) -- An oratorical meeting was held at the Central Youth Hall here on Friday to mark the 84th birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il .
Present there were Department Director Ju Chang Il and Vice Department Director Jon Kyong Chol of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Minister of Culture Sung Jong Gyu, and officials and working people in Pyongyang.
At the meeting, performers impressively told about the precious revolutionary exploits of Chairman Kim Jong Il , who devoted his all to the prosperity of the country and the happiness of the people, and the great personality of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who is ushering in a new era of overall national prosperity with his rare ideo-theoretical wisdom and distinguished leadership.
They mentioned a lot of touching stories associated with the forced march of field guidance, made by the Chairman to visit every part of the country and take warm care of the people.
They noted that the history of love for the people has continued on this land, thanks to Kim Jong Un who is invariably carrying forward the noble patriotic intention of the Chairman.
They stressed that all citizens in the country should work and live as a genuine human being and patriot ready to devote their all to the prosperity of the motherland no matter whomever and wherever they are.
The performers called upon all the people to devote themselves to attaining the grand goal of struggle to be set forth at the 9th Congress of the WPK, true to the ideology and leadership of Kim Jong Un . -0-
