Changed Name

In June a few years ago, the respected Comrade General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited the Pyongyang Taedonggang Seafood Restaurant built on the picturesque bank of the River Taedong.

He looked around the modern interior of the restaurant with a smile of satisfaction on his face.

He said tender-heartedly that we should make the people enjoy the highest civilization to their heart’s content as soon as possible.

Officials were wrapped in emotion.

It was the respected Comrade General Secretary who personally chose the site for the restaurant in an excellent location of the picturesque bank of the River Taedong in order to provide the people with fresh fishes.

He took great pains while guiding every design of the restaurant and solving all the problems arising in the construction.

When he reached the tank of hairy crabs, he, all of a sudden, asked an official if the people felt inconvenience to call the name of that restaurant.

Hearing the affirmative answer, the respected Comrade General Secretary said that it should be renamed and that, when naming a service establishment, convenience in pronunciation and the content of service must be taken into account.

He continued that it would be good to call the restaurant "Pyongyang Taedonggang Seafood Restaurant".

Looking up to him, the officials hardened their will to faithfully uphold his noble outlook on people of prioritizing the convenience of the people.

Reason Why He Was So Pleased

In April ２０１９, the respected Comrade General Secretary gave field guidance at the Samjiyon Potato Farina Production Factory.

At the potato farina production site, he approached a worker to ask her if the chair was low.

Though the worker replied that it wasn’t low, the respected Comrade General Secretary was still worried and instructed her to try adjusting the height of the chair.

Looking up to the respected Comrade General Secretary who cared so much for chairs to be used by workers, the officials recollected one day a year before.

That day the respected Comrade General Secretary had been so worried to see workers working in front of a sorting table standing that he took a benevolent measure for arranging chairs for them. Thereafter chairs were arranged in front of potato sorting table and sorters became able to work sitting on chairs.

Presently he asked an operator whether the labor was hard and also watched potato farina streaming down the drier.

Then he said with pleasure that it was really pleasant to see workers sorting potatoes sitting on chairs.

The officials were deeply moved by the boundless love of the respected Comrade General Secretary who prioritizes the convenience of workers rather than mass-produced goods.

His image was kept deep in minds of the officials as the image of the benevolent father who takes parental care of all the people on this land.
