They included former Thai Foreign Minister Kantathi Suphamongkhon and his companion, delegation of the Fukuoka Prefectural Japan-DPRK Friendship Association headed by Chairman Mamoru Kitahara, Dimitris Palmyris, president of the World Federation of Democratic Youth, delegation of the Communist Youth Collectives of Spain headed by General Secretary Juan Nogueira Lopez, delegation of the Youth Federation of Mongolia headed by Chairman Munkhbat Ayush, delegation of the Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed Conflict headed by Executive Director Peter Van Tuijl, delegation of the Institute for Strategic Studies of Mongolia headed by Gungaa Bazarvaani, delegation of the Heilongjiang People's Broadcasting Service of China headed by Vice Department Director Zhao Hongyang, Valeri Zaretski, co-manager of the ISES Publishing House of Germany, and his companion, delegation of the Chinese film producers headed by Li Shuihe, vice-chairman of the China Film Producers Association,
and Kanji Inoki, president of the Inoki Genom Joint Co., Ltd. of Japan and member of the House of Councillors of Japan, and his party.
