Pyongyang, April 30 (KCNA) -- The U.S. and the south Korean puppet warmongers' hysteria for provoking the north has reached the height. This came under fire by a commentary of Minju Joson Sunday.
They are resorting to reckless military provocation like the joint north-targeted military rehearsal while clamoring for "preemptive attack on the north" and "special operation".
