Pyongyang, July 11 (KCNA) -- A meeting of young vanguard to celebrate the successful test-launch of intercontinental ballistic rocket Hwasong-14 took place at the Youth Park Open-Air Theatre on Tuesday.
The speakers at the meeting extended congratulations to the scientists and technicians in the field of defence science on having succeeded in the test-launch of ICBM Hwasong-14 at one go with the fighting spirit and traits of realizing the intention and idea of the Workers' Party of Korea by devoting all their wisdom and energies.
They noted that the young vanguard, the advancing group of Songun revolution, will hold fast to the weapon of revolution and class and thoroughly protect the defence line of the country and the socialist system. When the U.S. imperialists and the traitors' group dare preempt attack, the young vanguard should not miss the opportunity to crush the aggressors with the treasured sword of Songun Korea's nuclear weapon and accomplish the historic cause of national reunification without fail, they said.
They called for learning after the fighting spirit and traits of the scientists and technicians in the field of defence science and vigorously conducting the drive of breaking through the cutting edge and creating a series of new legendary tales about heroic youth in succession in every field for building a powerful socialist country.
