Pyongyang, August 25 (KCNA) -- The France-Korea Friendship Association posted an article on its website on Aug. 15.
The article said that dialogue for ensuring peace on the Korean peninsula should be provided as soon as possible.

The DPRK proposed opening a great national meeting for reunification on the 71st anniversary of Korea's liberation.
The south Korean authorities reacted to the proposal with reckless saber-rattling.
They are driving the situation on the peninsula to an extremely tense phase in collusion with the U.S.
Right after Korea's liberation the U.S. occupied south Korea.
In a so-called "congratulatory address," Park Geun Hye zealously supported the decision to deploy American THAAD in south Korea, an issue touching off serious protest and rejection of south Korean people, under the pretext of "provocation" and "threat" from the DPRK.
The large-scale Ulji Freedom Guardian joint military exercise will be staged in south Korea and huge aggressive forces of the U.S. will be involved in it.
