Lectures took place in Kyrgyzstan, Guinea, Uganda, Algeria, Brazil and Mexico and round-table talks in Cambodia between March 26 and April 10 on the occasion of the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (Day of the Sun).
The chief of the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea of Kyrgyzstan who is chairman of the Central Council of the People Unity-"Kyrgys El" Republican Political Party said that Kim Il Sung was a pioneer and pacemaker of the era of independence who founded the Juche idea and thus illuminated the road ahead of mankind.
He was a world elder statesman who took the lead in accomplishing the human cause of independence under the uplifted banner of anti-imperialist independence and a prominent great man who moved the world with his noble human love and virtues, said the chief, and went on:
He firmly took the helm of the era of independence even in turbulences and led the cause of independence against imperialism to victory.
The director general of the Kim Il Sung Institute of Agricultural Science in Guinea said that Kim Il Sung was a peerlessly great man and a tender-hearted father who has been praised and revered by all people, adding that the extraordinary exploit he performed in bringing about unprecedented changes in hewing out the destiny of mankind will remain long along with the century.
The chairman of the Algeria-Korea Friendship Association said that Kim Il Sung will be always alive in the hearts of not only the Korean people but also the world progressives.
The deputy prime minister for Royal Palace of Cambodia said that Kim Il Sung was the great leader who equipped the Korean people with the spirit of independence.
