A delegation of the headed by Kuwabara Emi visited the Korean Economic and Cultural Centre for the Deaf and Blind on April 30, 2019, to hold a technical workshop and other practical works. It had various cultural exchange activities with the members of the Deaf Association of Korea and the Korean football team of the deaf in Mt Myohyang.
