Pyongyang, July 19 (KCNA) -- Fernando Gonzalez Llort, president of the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples, and his companion visited Mangyongdae, the birthplace of President Kim Il Sung on Friday.
They laid bouquets at the old home of the President in Mangyongdae in reverence for him.
And they made rounds of historical mementoes, being briefed on the President and his family members who gave steady continuity to the patriotic and revolutionary family tradition generation after generation.
They also toured the Tower of the Juche Idea, the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum and the classroom named after Fidel Castro Ruz at Pyongyang Foreign Languages School under Pyongyang University of Foreign Studies and enjoyed the grand mass gymnastics and artistic performance "The Land of the People".
