Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- Philistines of the south Korean ins and outs at a recent full-dress session of the "national assembly" fabricated a "resolution" describing the DPRK's measures for bolstering up military capability for self-defence as the "acts threatening peace and stability" and "violation" of the north-south agreement in the military field.
Rodong Sinmun in a commentary on Wednesday says that this is a grave politically-motivated provocation to shift the responsibility for the situation getting from bad to worse on the Korean peninsula onto the DPRK and stoke the hostility toward the DPRK.
The commentary goes on:
Peace and stability in the Korean peninsula and the international community are threatened by the reckless military confrontation acts of the south Korean warmongers in league with foreign forces.
The fabrication of the "resolution" betrays once again the true colors of the south Korean "national assembly" which does not know what to do but does harm to the inter-Korean relations.
The adoption of the "resolution" is the outcome of the mucky collusion of the philistines of the south Korean ruling and opposition parties to realize their political greed and unpardonable confrontation with the fellow countrymen.
It is impossible to have discussions of the improvement of the inter-Korean relations and the destiny of the nation with those who make no scruple of denying the north-south agreements, preoccupied with party interests. The north-south relations cannot become a scapegoat of the political philistines who turn back to the promises made between the north and south and confidence, obsessed with political interests.
The DPRK will never pardon south Korean political parties for trying to confront with it whatever veils they wear. -0-
