Rodong Sinmun Praises Revolutionary Traditions of Paektu as Great and Glorious Ones

Pyongyang, February 18 (KCNA) -- It is the steadfast will of the Workers' Party of Korea to weather all the difficulties and blaze a trail with the unyielding revolutionary idea and the offensive spirit based on the great traditions of Paektu, says Rodong Sinmun in an article on Tuesday.
As we have the great traditions of Paektu, which were fully proved attractive and vital in the course of the Korean revolution, our strength becomes stronger and our future is rosy, the article notes, and continues:
At present all the people should be well aware of the greatness of the revolutionary traditions of Paektu and usher in a period of another surge in the socialist construction with the idea and fighting spirit of the anti-Japanese revolutionary forerunners.
The greatness of the traditions is that they are exceptionally rich and comprehensive, and serve as a revolutionary encyclopedia of profound content.
The traditions comprehensively deal with the ideological system of Juche and revolutionary spirit of Paektu, the undying revolutionary feats and precious struggle experience, the revolutionary way of work and the popular style of work.
The traditions are great as they have a huge amount of influence over and immortal vitality in the revolutionary struggle of every form in all the stages.
The national power and strategic position of Juche Korea at the highest stage and its world-startling miraculous victories and successes are a clear demonstration of the inexhaustible vitality and attractive power of the revolutionary spirit of Paektu, the spirit of the blizzards of Paektu.
