Pyongyang, March 29 (KCNA) -- Intensified efforts should be directed to establishing moral discipline throughout the society in order to keep the nature of socialism of our style and display its advantages, says Rodong Sinmun Sunday in an article, and goes on:
The establishment of moral discipline throughout the society is a work of weighty importance decisive of the future and destiny of the revolution, which is an important demand to increase our driving force in every way by training all the people for true revolutionaries with noble morality and ethics.
The establishment of moral principle means the consolidation of the driving force of the revolution. The enemies are keen on the ideological and cultural poisoning designed to mentally and morally degenerate our people, the rising generations in particular. The establishment of moral principle throughout the society is a serious political struggle, acute class struggle which can never be neglected even a moment in beefing up our driving force at the time when an offensive goes on to break through head-on all the barriers to our advance.
The establishment of moral discipline throughout the society is also prerequisite to turning our society into a large harmonious family overflowing with virtue and love.
A basic guarantee for victory in building a powerful socialist nation lies in cementing the single-minded unity of our revolutionary ranks as firm as a rock.
The ultimate aim of the hostile forces' ever-mounting moves to isolate and stifle the DPRK is to sow the seed of discord in our socialist large family by keeping the people in difficulties and thus destroy the harmonious whole of the Party and the popular masses, the single-minded unity of our revolutionary ranks.
All the officials, Party members and other working people should be mindful that establishing moral discipline throughout the society at the present time is an important demand for victory in building a powerful socialist nation, and work hard to imbue the whole society with socialist moral traits.
