Japan Blasted for Its Shameless Acts

Pyongyang, May 23 (KCNA) -- The south Korean paper Hangyore on May 21 editorially denounced Japan, a war criminal state, for being shameless in dealing with the issue of sexual slavery.

The editorial condemned the ultra-right media of Japan for finding fault with the work of the south Korean Justice Preserving Solidarity for Settling the Issue of Sexual Slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army on May 20. The media was blasted for demanding the removal of the statue of a girl sexual slave and a stop to the rallies for the settlement of the sexual slavery issue, the editorial said.

It denounced the media for urging the south Korean authorities to clarify their stand towards the solidarity, an act of interfering in the internal affairs.

Terming it the profound confusing of the right and the wrong, the editorial said that the issue of sexual slavery is an issue related to the war crimes.

It stressed that Japan, the war criminal state, should stop all the provocations aimed at tarnishing the movement for the settlement of the sexual slavery issue. -0-
