Pyongyang, May 27 (KCNA) -- The Grand People's Study House and the Sci-Tech Complex take the lead in providing diverse information services.
Millions of data for public dissemination have been additionally posted on the homepage run by the Grand People's Study House.
Among them are the information on conserving and propagating marine resources, on technology for physical prospecting of underground water and on technology for breeding grass-eating livestock, which will help officials and working people elevate the level of their sci-tech knowledge and culture and have enough common sense.
The Grand People's Study House is pushing head with digitizing a huge amount of information and making efforts to improve its service for rapidly sending sci-tech information ordered by relevant fields and units.
It recently finished teaching programs for scores of subjects, thus providing the online in-service training to scientists and technologists whose number reached two times bigger year-on-year.
The Sci-Tech Complex has steadily updated the information service system for the centers of sci-tech information dissemination at all levels.
This year alone, it has stored on its database a great deal of sci-tech data and advanced sci-tech information like modern robotics.
It has also enriched its database with multimedia, magazine and articles on core technologies, including IT, Nano-technology and bionics, and the trends of their development for better information service.
