Pyongyang, June 28 (KCNA) -- The DPRK ambassador presented credentials to Hassan Rouhani, president of the Islamic Republic of Iran, on June 24.
DPRK Ambassador Han Song U courteously conveyed to him warm greeting from Kim Jong Un, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
The Iranian president expressed deep gratitude for the greeting and asked the DPRK ambassador to convey his heartfelt greeting to Kim Jong Un.
Saying that the relations between Iran and the DPRK were the historic and traditional relations of friendship which had been developed amid deep concern of the preceding leaders, he hoped that the bilateral relations of cooperation would grow stronger by the concerted efforts of the peoples of the two countries. -0-
