At the Nampho Taegyong Fishery Station and the Ryongnam Dockyard, he called for building the self-propelled dredger to meet the scientific and technological needs and producing the equipment as befitting managers, and underlined the importance for the Party organizations to enhance their role in arousing the masses to produce parts necessary for repairing ships on their own. -0-
