Pyongyang, August 5 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun says in an article on Wednesday that the work for tiding over the present crisis in the anti-epidemic work is the one in which all the people should take part as one with consciousness that they are responsible for it.
Noting that it is a noble duty of every citizen of the Republic to firmly defend the security of the country and the people, the article goes on:
The peculiarity and importance of the on-going emergency anti-epidemic work for thoroughly checking the inroads and spread of the malignant pandemic require us to surely turn it into an all-people work.
Even one or two men's carelessness and breach of acting rules and principle in the anti-epidemic work may lead to critical consequences.
Success in the anti-epidemic work under the maximum emergency system does not depend on any special sector, organ and official. It hinges entirely on high vigilance of the popular masses in the work.
Now is the time when all the members of the society should regard the anti-epidemic work as a vital matter directly related with their own destiny in all fields, units and regions, worry about and pay attention to it and preserve the attitude of taking part in it voluntarily and devotedly.
If all the people display the strong unity of voluntary action in the anti-epidemic work, it does not matter to tide over the crisis in the work. -0-
