Active training for the deaf

The Deaf  Association of Korea is promoting the training for the deaf artists. Kim Kyong HO, one of the deaf artists, with the highest qualification in drawing, is involved in teaching the skilled deaf people the art of sketch, oil painting and many other skills, thus making them highly skilled artists.
