Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un attended the congress and specified tasks facing the youth league as well as its honourable duty.
After the congress ended, the Supreme Leader said to the officials with delight that he felt invigorated as he attended the congress and saw young people fervently revere and follow our Party, and that it is the pride and joy of our Party to have such young people who are brimming with faith and will to uphold the cause of the leader and the cause of the Party at the forefront, throwing in their lot with the Party Central Committee.
