Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un received a congratulatory letter from the General Association of Koreans in China on Sept. 9, the 72nd anniversary of the founding of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK).
The letter said that the 72nd anniversary of the founding of the DPRK is being celebrated as an auspicious holiday at a time when the grand revolutionary advance is being dynamically waged to greet the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Workers' Party of Korea and its Eighth Congress with great political enthusiasm and brilliant labor achievements.
As President Kim Il Sung founded the DPRK, the DPRK people became masters of the country and power for the first time in the national history of five thousand years and have carved out their own destinies independently and the building of a powerful socialist country of Juche began, it said.
It noted that Chairman Kim Jong Il turned the DPRK into a world-class military power and provided a reliable springboard for the building of an economic giant with his original Songun politics when the Korean revolution faced the most severe ordeals.
The socialist homeland, a patriotic legacy left by the great leaders, is demonstrating to the whole world its dignity and might as it is holding in high esteem Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un as the top leader of the Korean revolution, it stressed.
Praising Kim Jong Un for making a new great history of the love for the people and turning the socialist country into a powerful country of Juche admired by the world, the letter expressed the will of the Koreans in China to lead a worthwhile life as the faithful ones who support and follow him only, entrusting their fate and future totally to him.
