Rodong Sinmun Calls for Cementing Single-Minded Unity through Successful Reconstruction Campaign

Pyongyang, September 17 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun on Thursday in an editorial calls on all the Party members, working people and service personnel of the People's Army to demonstrate the might of the single-minded unity of Juche Korea, which capitalist countries can neither possess nor imitate, by achieving a proud victory in the reconstruction campaign in all typhoon-hit areas, as intended by the Party Central Committee.
The reconstruction campaign is the struggle for adding luster to the good national traits of Juche Korea where all the people help each other to overcome difficulties, the editorial says, and goes on:
The single-minded unity is the most solid unity based on not only single ideology and will but also virtue and affection.
Pure humanity and noble morality pervade our society despite the prolonged brutal sanctions, which is unimaginable in the capitalist world governed by the law of the jungle. Our state is successfully advancing in the face of cruel hardships by dint of the unity of all the people based on comradely kinship.
Our society is a genuine people's world and a large harmonious family where the people render unsparing assistance to those in hardship even though everything is insufficient.
The power of nature has its limits but there is no limit to the power of our single-minded unity.
Amid the on-going struggle for eradicating the aftermath of the natural disaster and significantly greeting the 75th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea and its 8th Congress, our single-minded unity is growing stronger day by day and this will serve as a firm springboard and powerful driving force guaranteeing new victories in the future. -0-
