Pyongyang, September 29 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun says in an article on Tuesday that today the Korean people are leading a happy life under the care of the Workers' Party of Korea which regards the people-first principle as its political idea and sets it as the mode of its existence to make selfless, devoted efforts for the good of them.
The Party's warm loving care provides the people with a dignified and happy life, the article notes, and goes on:
Now the Korean people are enjoying genuine political rights and freedom as the master of the state, society and power, such as suffrage and the right to be elected, and adding luster to their precious political integrity as members of socio-political organizations.
Their current life is not rich enough. But they more earnestly find themselves in the bosom of the Party. This is the eruption of their absolute trust in the Party which works hard for their good after setting it as the overriding principle of its activities to promote their well-being despite the worst ordeals and regarding their happiness as a yardstick of the national power.
Everyone finds a correct path of life under the great loving care of the Party which cares more for sick and wounded persons to help them live honorably.
It is the greatest privilege and fortune of the Korean people to live under the care of the great motherly Party providing them with a worthwhile and happy life and working to better it.
