Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- Foreign figures made public statements between Oct. 5 and 9 to mark the 75th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK).
Alhassan Mamman Muhammad, chairman of the Nigerian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, said that the WPK has written a proud history, assuming the responsibility for the destiny of the Korean people and leading the Korean revolution to victory under the guidance of the great leaders.
He pointed out that President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un developed the WPK into a party serving the people and an invincible revolutionary party that advances by dint of their concerted efforts.
Tin Tun, director of the Myanmar Medical Research Institute, said that the might of the WPK has been strengthened radically under the leadership of Kim Jong Un, who carries forward the cause of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.
Thanks to Kim Jong Un, the WPK and the Korean people would surely accomplish the cause of building a powerful socialist nation, he stressed.
Manju Ratna Sakya, chairman of the Nepal Journalist Association, said that the DPRK, led by Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un, has enjoyed eye-opening development and prosperity in various fields, adding that their exploits are immortal ones to be etched in the world history.
Songchit Pullarp, chairman of the Organization for the Study of the Juche Idea of Thailand, said that Kim Jong Un always considers the people's interests and convenience first in his every job and champions their dignity and interest in any case.
Kim Jong Un personally visited the areas hit by typhoons and floods recently in order to take all possible measures to stabilize the living of the calamity-stricken people and speed up the construction of their dwelling houses, he recalled.
Javid Ahmad, chairman of the Kuwait Asian Journalist Association, said that the single-minded unity of the DPRK attracts the international community's deep attention, adding that the leader's adoration of the people and their earnest respect for and absolute trust in him are the foundation of the single-minded unity. -0-
