Feats of CPV Martyrs Will Shine Forever in History of DPRK-China Friendship: Rodong Sinmun

Pyongyang, October 25 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun on Sunday dedicates an editorial to the 70th anniversary of the entry of the Chinese People's Volunteers (CPV) into the Korean front.
The editorial says the entry of the CPV into the Korean front was a striking demonstration of the militant friendship and comradely cooperation between the peoples of the DPRK and China, which were forged as a single destiny.
The revolutionaries and peoples of the two countries established unbreakable comradely relationship in the course of aspiring after the joint cause and waging a bloody struggle in the same trench for carrying out the cause, says the editorial and goes on:
Etched in every page of the history of the DPRK-China friendship is the comradely friendship of the preceding leaders of the two countries who cooperated closely with each other to carry out their common cause.
The DPRK-China friendship firmly consolidated in the face of all kinds of challenges and trials of history is getting stronger at a higher stage, as required by the new era, thanks to deep comradely friendship between Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un and General Secretary Xi Jinping.
It is a firm will of our Party and people to further develop the DPRK-China friendship into the relations to be envied by the world and to vigorously advance the socialist cause by dint of the friendship and unity.
Our Party and people will always struggle hand in hand with the party, the government and the people of China on the road for defending and vigorously advancing socialism despite any adversity and trial. They will also make continuous efforts to usher in a heyday of the DPRK-China friendship as required by the times.
The editorial stresses that the feats of the CPV martyrs who dedicated their lives in the Korean front, their noble soul and lofty self-sacrificing spirit will remain forever in the hearts of the Korean people and shine forever in the history of the DPRK-China friendship.
