Pyongyang, October 29 (KCNA) -- The ongoing 80-day campaign is a successive offensive and all-people march through which to win greater victories and to perform greater miracles, says Rodong Sinmun in an article on Thursday.
The uninterrupted progress and successive offensive is just a revolutionary disposition and a proud tradition peculiar to our people who enjoy making revolution and who love working, says the article, adding:
The more ordeals and difficulties our people face, the more fully they display the unyielding offensive spirit so as to overcome them.
This is a year of rigorous trials as our people, who have broken through manifold difficulties, face many emergencies requiring the most intense campaigns.
However, neither the malignant epidemic nor the natural disaster could discourage our people braving all the ordeals.
The uninterrupted progress and successive offensive is the best way of gaining victory despite difficulties and successfully fulfilling difficult tasks.
If we surrender to the ordeals and difficulties and do not make painstaking efforts to achieve a greater victory we can not gain the victory in sight but will face more serious challenges and ordeals.
Only uninterrupted advance and successive offensive are the only way to a leap and progress. -0-
