ACNC rechaza en comentario la enmienda constitucional de Japon

Pyongyang, 29 de octubre (ACNC) -- Japon da acicate a la fabricacion de la Constitucion belica.

Los jefes de las 6 fracciones del Partido Democratico Liberal fueron denominados como asesores de la Direccion de Promocion de Enmienda Constitucional y fue ratificado en el cargo de asesor supremo el ex vicepresidente del mismo partido que desempenaba el papel protagonico en esa tarea en el poder anterior.

El premier Suga esta reclamando ahora que "todo el partido debe mostrarse entusiasta en la enmienda constitucional".

Lo insoslayable del caso es que se observa en el PDL la tendencia a eliminar el articulo de la Constitucion vigente que estipula la renuncia del derecho a la beligerancia y prohibe la posesion de la capacidad combativa.

Como es conocido por todos, el anterior poder de Abe se obstino en modificar la Constitucion pacifista con el proposito de convertir a Japon en el "pais capaz de cumplir la guerra". Y para evitar las criticas internas y externas y enganar a la opinion publica, exponia la intencion de anotar la existencia de las "Fuerzas de Autodefensa" manteniendo el articulo IX de la Constitucion pacifista.

Pero, en una conferencia impartida el pasado dia 7 en la sede de la Dieta, el ex secretario en jefe del PDL, Ishiba, dijo que al igual que el, Abe compartia la posicion de tachar el articulo controvertido, pero cambio su criterio por el temor a no obtener la mayoria de votos a favor en el plebiscito. Y agrego que si es incapaz de persuadirlo, no tiene la calidad de politico.

Lo problematico es que el gobierno de Suga no presenta ninguna oposicion a la insistencia del PDL en tachar la clausula 2 del articulo IX de la Constitucion.

Este hecho insinua que tiene la misma opinion el gobierno actual de Japon.

El articulo aludido es el medular de la Constitucion pacifista y la base juridica para prohibir a Japon, pais criminal y derrotado de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, que emprenda de nuevo la agresion y la guerra.

La intencion de Japon de tachar el articulo IX muestra su decision de repetir la historia criminal del siglo pasado en que agredia el continente asiatico con el fin de lograr la "esfera de coprosperidad de la gran Asia Oriental". Pues, resulta un desafio frontal al pueblo coreano y la humanidad.

Causa gran preocupacion la promocion de la enmienda constitucional al paralelo de la creciente fiebre militarista en el archipielago japones.

Los politiqueros visitan uno tras otro el santuario Yasukuni, entregan ahi las ofrendas y se mueven con desesperacion para usurpar el islote coreano Tok.

En tanto, se eleva la capacidad de las "Fuerzas de Autodefensa" y se torna mas frecuente su presencia en ultramar. A citar ejemplos, se construyo el submarino de nuevo tipo que sera desplegado en las "Fuerzas Maritimas de Autodefensa", se promueve la operacion del sistema de misiles interceptores en el mar y se incrementan las fuerzas armadas a proposito de disponer de la "capacidad de ataque a la base enemiga".

Todos los hechos evidencian que entra en la etapa de ejecucion la ambicion de los reaccionarios japoneses de convertir su pais en potencia militar y lanzar nueva agresion.

Japon es el factor de amenaza a la paz de la region y el resto del mundo.

El pais isla debe actuar con prudencia teniendo presente que la enmienda constitucional le llevara a la autodestruccion.
