Pyongyang, November 11 (KCNA) -- The might of the all-people movement is being fully displayed in the on-going 80-day campaign toward the Eighth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea.
The history of our revolution shines with the annals in which the Korean people brought about advance and victories through their all-out movement.
The great anti-Japanese revolutionary war started with the people's struggle for gaining arms. The building of a new country began with the general ideological mobilization movement for nation building. This led to the emulation for increased production, the campaign against illiteracy, the patriotic movement of donating grains and the movement for donating funds for weaponry.
During the Fatherland Liberation War, the vengeance-taking movement, the campaign for donating relief grains to the front and other movements were widely waged.
Movements such as the Chollima workteam movement and the let-one-machine-tool-make-another movement dynamically propelled the drive for building the groundwork of socialism and the overall socialist construction.
In the 1970s, the three-revolution red flag movement was brisk across the country and the movement for following the examples of heroes of the era was underway.
Later, different public movements such as the movement for creating the speed of the 1980s and the movement for creating the speed of the 1990s were brisk across the country.
In the new century for accomplishing the revolutionary cause of Juche, a hot collective emulation is going on amid the campaigns in which one overtakes and learns from others while swapping experience.
The all-people movement added luster to the annals of the revolution and construction with proud victories. -0-
