"Tratado de 5 Puntos de Ulsa" es documento inventado por el imperialismo japones

Pyongyang, 17 de noviembre (ACNC) -- Hace ahora 115 anos, el imperialismo japones impuso al pueblo coreano la firma del invalido "Tratado de 5 Puntos de Ulsa".
El pacto fabricado el 17 de noviembre de 1905 no tiene ninguna formalidad de un tratado legal.
Especificamente, carece de la firma del emperador coreano y la selladura imperial, tramites importantes para poner en vigor un tratado, y de la carta credencial del delegado plenipotenciario.
Es que el entonces emperador de la dinastia feudal de Joson, Kojong, rehusaba constantemente la concertacion de ese documento.
Por eso, los imperialistas japoneses emplearon el cuno del ministro de Relaciones Exteriores de la dinastia feudal para atribuir, aunque sea un poco, el "caracter legitimo" al tratado.
Si bien consta de prologo y clausulas, el pacto no tiene su nombre oficial siquiera.
La parte japonesa lo llamaba como "Convenio Corea-Japon" y la coreana como "Tratado de 5 Puntos de Ulsa".
Para obligar la suscripcion, los imperialistas japoneses cercaron el palacio imperial de Corea movilizando los regimientos de caballeria y artilleria.
Despues de fabricarlo a punta de bayonetas, ellos guardaron en supersecreto ese hecho y prohibieron hasta su publicacion en el periodico.
