The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China sent a congratulatory message on the 5th to the Eighth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea.
The message said.
On the occasion of the grand opening of the Eighth Congress of the
Workers' Party of Korea, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of
China, on behalf of the Communist Party and people of China, ardently
congratulates the Eighth Congress of the WPK and, through the Congress, sends sincere greetings to the entire members of the WPK and the Korean people.
The Workers' Party of Korea is
the reliable organizer and guide of the Korean revolution and
construction. It has long rallied and led the Korean people to achieve
historic successes in the great course of encouraging the socialist
cause of Korea.
In recent years, the Workers' Party of Korea, under
the strong guidance of its Central Committee headed by Chairman
Kim Jong Un
, has highly valued and strengthened the party building, developed the economy and the people's living, improved the external circumstances and effectively coped with the pandemic, registering important successes.
The Eighth Congress of the WPK, great event in the political life of the Party and people of Korea, is of great significance in mapping out and organizing the strategic plan concerning the party building and development of national economy for a certain period. We believe that the WPK and the Korean people would achieve steady and fresh victory in the building of socialism of Korean style with the recent Congress as a momentum.
China and Korea are friendly neighbors linked with mountains and rivers and the parties of the two countries have a long-standing wonderful tradition of friendly exchanges and mutual visits. The China-Korea relations have opened a new historic page in recent years thanks to the strategic guidance and encouragement of the top leaders of the two parties and two countries.
Under the new situation, the Chinese side has willingness to wonderfully defend, consolidate and develop, together with the Korean side, the China-Korea relations with the important common understanding of the supreme leaders of the two parties and two countries as a guideline, actively contributing to providing the two countries and two peoples with greater happiness and ensuring regional peace, stability, development and prosperity.
The message wished the Eighth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea great success.
