Pyongyang, January 13 (KCNA) -- Kim Yo Jong, vice department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, released the following statement on January 12:
The 8th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea is now successfully under way in our capital city, and several events are slated soon to celebrate the successful congress.
What is weird is that the joint chiefs of staff of south Korea made a senseless statement that they captured the north opening a military parade at midnight on Jan. 10 and they are in the middle of making precision tracking.
There are over 200 countries in the world but it is only south Korea whose military organ makes its hostile and awakened attitude known by using such phrases as "capturing of event" and "precision tracking" as for celebrations in the north.
This is a clear expression of the south Korean authorities' hostile approach toward the fellow countrymen in the north.
If not, they might have greater interest in celebrations in Pyongyang than others, or they could be shaking in their shoes even by the military parade expected from our side.
We are only holding a military parade in the capital city, not military exercises targeting anybody nor launch of anything. Why do they take trouble craning their neck to follow what's happening in the north.
The southerners are a truly weird group hard to understand.
They are the idiot and top the world's list in misbehavior as they are only keen on things provoking world laughter.
Do they really have nothing else to do but let their military body make "precision tracking" of the celebrations in the north?
As I warned before, all these things must surely be reckoned up in the future. -0-
